More and more, bus and van fleets are going green.  The most common reason is to reduce costs by purchasing cheaper fuel or getting more miles to the gallon for each vehicle. The main clean fuel powering buses and vans is **[Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)](https://www.greenalternativesystems.com/cng-vehicles.php)**. These two fuels have their pluses and minuses. In general, CNG is much safer in the event of a spill and will not create as many hazards for the environment.
